I gave 4 stars because of the long wait I had, over a month to get my Dishwasher working again. My Dishwasher is an older model not the new computerized edition, so they had to order a board for the unit. I could not understand why it took over a month to get a part ordered in my area, however the Tech was apologetic, professional and knowledgeable so he did his best under the circumstance. I would give 5 stars if it were not for the delay

My technician was thorough and did a good job. The issue I had was with the policy. I was not allowed to have a day or two to consider my options. Instead it was make up your mind right now instantly or it will cost you $100. Stressful enough when your refrigerator that costs a fortune and is only 5 years old is tanking. Sears could at least give us 72 hours to consider our options. I broke down in tears. So not a good experience

I was notified the morning of what time the technician was coming. It would have been nice to be able to speak with a real human being instead of just computers. I had a questions and no one to speak with. The technician was friendly and on time. He said it was complete. I was at work so, when I got home I ran my washing machine that was supposed to be fixed. Instead of working properly water ran all over the floor. I had a technician come the next day, efficient, tightened the screw on the hose and supposedly it is working. It should have been done the first day not the second day.

The worst service, communication and customer assistance I have ever experienced. 1st you'll waste time with Ai agents, then girl who answers barley can speak, and definitely can't spell to safe her life! They changed appointments around, never showed up and they added wrong non existing addresses with no option to change, edit or to speak with someone to do so, because when you schedule appointment once they don't answer anymore just send you to answering machine. DO NOT HIRE OR CALL THESE PEOPLE!
