The tech was great but Sear's customer service is very difficult to get any one on the line. So 5 Star for the tech and 0 for customer service.

Service call excellent provided instructions concerning broiler use not covered in instructions manual door must be closed or broiler shuts off and will go on if door is then closed plus need to press start button
