Excellent Service! Once Sears received the work order for our Air Conditioner, they immediately emailed me and coninued to keep me up to date with the service call and what to expect. The service tech, James G., called and was able to come earlier than expected. He immediately diagnosed the problem, had the part in his truck, and repaired the unit. It's working perfectly! James G. was profressional, communicated clearly, friendly, and knew what he was doing. I was very impressed with James G. and Sears. I would highly recommend them.

Service response was excellent (next day). Communication regarding appointment very good. Ken was great but unfortunately a $750 repair was not in our future. Sometimes it's a part and sometimes a module of parts. This was a module. We paid the service charge for having a tech come out since we didn't opt for the repair.
