Excellent
He did a thorough job by servicing our ice maker by having all the needed parts with him. He completely overhauled our ice maker and water access. For a small fee he also cleaned our coils and helped to level our unit. He made an effort to double check his work. Very polite and even gave info on how to clean the outside of the refrigerator !

Refrigerator repair
Freddie, was the second repair rep to come to do the repair. The first person told me he had to order the parts and he or someone would be back when the two parts he was ordering came in. Unfortunately he neglected to order one of the parts so Freddie jumped into action located the part he needed and drove to pick it up. Thankfully he stuck with it and completed the repairs needed all within a few hours. Great Job!

Errol was beyond amazing! Went way above and beyond.
After Justin came out I was super pleased. That is of course until my service was scheduled and canceled and rescheduled no less than 3 times. Each time I was required to sit home with a window of 8:00am-5:00pm! Ridiculous. 4 days of the week gone. Thank goodness Errol made no excuses and even though it was a two man job he was determined not to let me down. He did say never again but I have a working washer so he is my hero today!
