Kenneth was excellent, very professional doing his job, took his time to explained in detail the way I should keep the refrigerator in order to work correctly I really like the way he cleaned up after he was done very pleasant appointment.

Chris did a great job on the PM he did on our Kenmore Dryer and also on our Amana top loader washer. He explained everything he would be doing and he let us know if he found anything. We will certainly ask for him next we need experienced repairman!
