If it wasn't for James being so friendly and professional I would give this experience an D.I have never dealt with a company that gives an estimated arrival time from 8-5? Was told he would be arriving at 2;52 and that time passed and then around 4or 5 I get a phone call that he will be here tomorrow --Mother"s Day!! No way to talk to someone??Sears needs to do Much Better. James did fix the problem but frustrating with arrival times and not able to talk to anyone.
