After 3 attempts, of the 8 to 5 window wait. A repair man came. Basically, my washer/dryer in one is a poor design and will not perform as I expected! Bummer!

Sears was more interested in selling me a service contract they were interested in the repair I needed. I couldn’t cope with the high pressure sales position the operator was taking. I thanked her for her time and moved on.

Anthony was very good, very thorough. Nice young man. No complaints. Scheduler maybe not so good. I was told appt. between 1-5. Anthony called me around 10:00 am to say he was 40 minutes from my house. I let him come but this was not the time the scheduler gave me. I was at the grocery store and had other things to do in the morning.
