Tech was courteous and professional. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue within minutes upon arriving. He had the necessary parts on his truck to fix the problem which he did expeditiously and got me up and running again. Great work and much appreciated.

He was terrific!! He called ahead to tell me when he’d be arriving. When he arrived, he asked me to explain the problem and checked the system . After his inspection, he clearly explained what was causing the AC problem and showed me what to do to prevent the problem from happening again in the future. Would recommend him to anyone for future service. A recommendation to the Sears appt scheduler. I was given the repair date and time in advance. They said the technician would arrive between 8am and 5pm. That time spread of 9 hrs was totally unacceptable. I had to cancel a doctor’s appt and stay at home. Finally recd a call from the tech that he would be arriving around 3pm. In the future, the scheduler should provide a more realistic time spread of 3-4 hrs rather than 9..
