Once the te technician got here he quickly diagnosed the problem and made the appropriate repair. Out air conditioner is working well once again.

Showed up promptly, carefully examined the garden tractor with problems and ... recommended that I NOT repair it as the repairs would cost pretty much the same as buying a new one. After pointing out a couple of problems I wasn't even aware of, he made a suggestion of a "back yard engineer" temporary fix that would improve the performance of the mower deck (which, after I made the "modifications" the following day... it did...) and made a couple of recommendations for a replacement mower. It was almost worth the $150 (including tax) for the consultation.

The technician focused on my perception of the problem with my washer. He was very tactful about explaining that he could not find an issue with the washer after about an hour of working on it. I watched how through he was and he explained about how over loading could create an unbalanced load that could cause the issues I presented. I understood and now can explain it to my family member that overloads!

Kyle, the Sears technician, was able to diagnose the problem and recommended options for us to consider. Very polite and respectful. Time of the visit (7:30 p.m.) was less than optimal. Too many AI-generated notifications of upcoming appointment. Unnecessary.
