Went to look at Refrigerators. They did not have what we were looking for and left. Can't really score them.

The technician was very good and professional. However, the window we were given was 8 am to 5 pm and he only came at 6 pm : waited all day. This was the THIRD appointment. The first two were cancelled by Sears late in the afternoons after we waited all day for two days. That is not acceptable and shows a lack of planning by the scheduling department or they are trying to fit in to many service call. Only giving it two stars instead on one because the technician was good.

They don't carry parts in-store you have to order parts with a 1-800 number

Your technician never showed up for the appointment on Saturday, December 13th. Waited all day. Not even a phone call. Your customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. You failed. No stars for you.
