Not happy rn . First off not 100$ job for a supposed fuse ! Seemed angry that he was there and didn't stick around to make sure the air kicked on and left before we could ask any questions and seemed annoyed that we had questions. Now the air conditioner kicked on but it's very weak and barely blowing and one room is not blowing at all . He could have at least waited to make sure it worked properly! I paid 100$ just for him to come out ! I used choice warranty who sent them and it took over a week with it ac working for them to even come !

Tech was unprofessional so hard to communicate with the company to correct the issue. No live rep except chat and they just repeat the same thing. Not very happy with this. The lack of concern and integrity is very disheartening. No not just based on one experience.

Arrived later than expected. Next day after the repair refrigerator quit cooling and freezing which was not an issue prior but was told it needed software repair . Came home from long day at work only to find ice melted and leaked from dispenser all over my solid oak wood floor and over $350 of food thawed and under refrigerated was spoiled and had to be thrown out. I called to schedule another repair appointment and inquire about my food loss and personal property damage. Was first told by coverage department food loss was covered however when transferred to another department found out there is no coverage. I guess the damage/ loss is all mine to bare. Now I must wait and see if my refrigerator can be repaired or this is another loss I must absorb. The LG refrigerator is less than 2 years old. The neighbors pigs ate well this evening.

The technician was professional and efficient BUT the "Sears Repair" service itself is AWFUL. Most of their phone numbers are disconnected and the ones that work have the same recordings when answered. There isn't any way to talk to a human. The technician text gave time he would show up but never did. It was a very bad experience.

My tech was fine but the teeny adjustment to my ICE DOOR MOTOR AND ASSEMBLY did NOT warrant a charge of $374. That is completely unacceptable for a 20 min.job. I called Sears while he was here before doing the job but they wouldn't lower the price. Terrible customer service. Will NEVER call them again! Worst appliance repair experience of my life.

BUYER BEWARE! I suggest calling a different company. This is not the Sears "we used to know". Sears Home Services is operated by Transformco. I scheduled a service appt. in August. The technician arrived on time. I showed him to the washer/dryer which is located in a small area in my condo. He proceeded to take a personal phone call, and literally two minutes later walked out & stated "he could not do any diagnostic work because my hose is leaking to call a plumber". I was charged $127 and he left. What a sham! I called And Services & plumber Jordan arrived. I explained what happened. He turned the water on & said it was leaking because it was loose. He tightened with his hand and all was fine. He checked the rest of the hoses for me. All was fine. Jordan is a real pro with integrity! Not sure how my hose became loose?? GEE wonder?? I suggest you call And Services if you want honesty.

We had a technician out about a month ago who took one look at our freezer and said it was fine. The issue with our freezer continued, so we called another. Same thing, the technician stood there looking busy for a few minutes, he literally took a screwdriver and was tapping it on top of the fridge....there's literally nothing up there to even mess with. He acted like he was busy, said it was fine and charged us another 130$ for literally nothing. The issue continues, nothing was fixed by either of their technicians, AND THEY WONT GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK. This place is an absolute scam I'd rate it 0 if I could. DO NOT USE SEARS THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
