Service repairman was here for less tan 30 mins changed the seal on dishwasher and was gone. Did great job. Only problem had to wait all day since service schedule was 8 am to 5 pm and we were last so got service at 5 pm.

Washer & Dryer: The Sears technician was professional, proficient and honest. I have Sears Protect for my appliances and this visit was for the Laundry Bundle maintenance on my washer and dryer. Refrigerator: Pleased by Technician Enrique’s integrity, knowledge and expertise as he addressed issues with my 2013 Samsung refrigerator. Right now, thanks to him, I don’t need to purchase a new refrigerator. Microwave: Technician John was personable, professional and honest. He did a perfect job identifying the issue, ordering the parts and returning to complete the repair. It’s because of these three professionals and others from SEARS that I’m happy with my whole house appliance contract with them! I recommend SEARS Protection Plan for your appliances! I recommend the SEARS Protection Plan for your appliances!

My technician was James G. And the G stands for genius. I live in scorching Florida and my AC unit quit. The last technician told me that my entire AC system needed to be replaced at a cost of thousands of dollars. James G said otherwise. He properly diagnosed the problem and replaced 2 small parts at zero additional cost to me. Other than the scarf and parka I have to buy because it's freezing in my house now. Promote this man immediately.
