Sears has been at my house 5 times working on my refrigerator plus 2 no show appointments in the last 3 weeks and it still not working properly it’s 50 degrees in refrigerator side and 45 degrees in freezer side and not making ice or cold but they told me on the 14 th. It was fixed . And American home shield saying they don’t have technicians report to see if it needs to be replaced.!! Which obviously it can’t be repaired correctly and work properly!!!

Service was excellent by John. My problem was dealing with AI. Repairman was suppose to show up on Monday, i waited the whole day and never did anyone show up. I couldn't even contact anyone, nor did they contact me.
