Ricardo serviced our washer today. He was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. If he had been our first service person on Nov 10th, our washer would have been repaired promptly, and we wouldn't have been without a washing machine for over two weeks. Also, your phone service is the most frustrating. Never able to talk to a Real person.
