Biggest negative is the Sears communication. They missed the the first appointments and never called. When I called the wanted to know if they could reschedule next week. When I got upset the checked and found a time today. This is a poor approach to customer service. The real plus was the technician. Good approach, explained everything and made the repair and left in 1/2 hour

Took awhile to get needed parts but your tech got everything up and running just fine.
