OJ was wonderful. He was on time, professional, and had great communication. I give him 5+ stars. Sears themselves were horrible to work with. All appointments were very far out. They cancelled they of. It took 25 minutes to get an actual person on the phone. They then rescheduled on a day I specifically said we wouldn't be available. It then took another 2 weeks to get an appointment.

Kenny did a great job on the freezer in our refrigerator. He diagnosed the problem as the compressor and went straight to work and didn't stop until he was finished.
