My experience with the service representative was beyond a 5. I believe his name was Chris. He was polite, very experienced, extremely neat in his appearance. Figured out what was wrong and got my refrigerator running in short order. And knowing that as an older woman I could not move my appliance he moved it so I Could clean behind it, he also cleaned the coils. I am very glad to keep my policy with Assurance. He really went beyond to make me a happy customer. Thank you.
