Michael did an outstanding job repairing our stove. However, GE's communicative skills are lacking. Michael came out on Tues., diagnosed the problem with our Samsung stove and ordered a needed part. We received an email on Friday informing us that our stove would be fixed on Sat. as the part they ordered had come in to our house on Thurs. We waited patiently. Late Sat. we were able to get confirmation that our seervice appointment was rescheduled to this Tues. No notice given causing us a wasted day waiting for a service tech.

Our technician Stephen was great. He found the problem right away, and also noticed a frayed belt and replaced it. Polite courteous and professional. Highly recommend Sears.
