I wish we had realized that we could get this kind of service years ago from Sears Home Services. It is so difficult to find repair people these days. We have now had two home appliances/tractor repairs from this service. First and foremost, the technician was professional, courteous and persistent! He stuck with the job til all the problems were solved and fully explained what the issues were! Second, I signed up for the home services contract for all of our home appliances and was extremely pleased with the huge discount I got on this service visit. While Home Services is a very affordable service, the discount I received on the tractor repair yesterday (which took about 4 hours!) was amazing. Our ultimate cost was appreciatively low! But Sears Home Services would be nothing without dedicated, knowledgeable courteous technicians, their most valuable resource!
