He didn’t solve the problem. The first time he was here I distinctly told the person I spoke to that I didn’t want the same technician and lo and behold. This is who they were sending. I did what I usually do to alleviate the problem for a while, and I’ll do it as long as I have to until it doesn’t work anymore, but I do not want this gentleman coming to my home again. He did a terrible job.

Worst experience using this service through Choice Home Warranty let alone taking over a week to respond to look at my unit! Will never use this service! Pure garbage

He left the refrigerator undeveloped, did not reset the pads. He needs to come back today and fix it

I was charged $175 for a part they sell online for $69.99. I understand the diagnostic fee of $80 However being charged an additional $110 for a half hour job is outrageous. You should be ashamed of your selves for taking advantage of your customers,former customers more appropriately.

Came to fix ice maker on 1/4/2021, said he would have to order a part, said he would return on 1/18/2021 to install new ice maker between 10:00 AM & 2:00 PM. He never called and never showed up! I called to complain and was disconnected. Asked to speak to a supervisor, they wouldn’t connect me. I’ve had them out twice in two months and could not get a receipt for my payment without going round and round with their customer lack of service department!

Would rate 0 stars if I could. The Amount of menus in selections that you have to make on a phone just made me hang up and try to find somebody else.

Visit 1: Repairman Mike said we need new motherboard & charged $385. Visit 2: 3 weeks later. Mike looked more closely& noticed a loose wire nut. No mother board needed. He promised to credit our account for the cost of the part. Dishwasher was running when he left. Was dead again by the time we loaded supper dishes. Visit 3: 3 weeks later. Never received any refund for mother board part. Mike again reattached a wire nut. He was rude & acted angry with us. Has been 4 days & so far dishwasher is working. If you are dumb enough to hire these buys after reading this review, don't sat I didn't warn you!

The tech was early and professional and confirmed that the ice maker was not working and needed to be replaced. I told the tech that I know the ice maker needed to be replaced that was the reason I called. He told be that he did not have the ice maker on his truck and would have to order it and return to install it and that today's service was $89.00 plus tax $95.23. I told him I called and told their service agent that the ice maker needed to be replaced and therefore no service was performed and the $95.23 was a ripoff but I'll pay for his SERVICE. I then asked what was the replacement cost? He shamefully said around$697.00. What I said $697 ....wow that's another ripoff. Online you can buy the ice maker for $106.00 so the charge for service is close to $600 shameful. No thanks. Sear would not give be the replacement cost on the phone only after the secured the appoint at$89.00 and had the tech come would I find out the ridiculous price for the ice maker.
