I was told the compressor in a 3 year old Refrig was bad. So far it has taken nearly 3 weeks and they can't get the compressor shipped. When you call they don't have any answers as to when it will or how long it will take to get the service guy out to install the parts. TOTALLY UNACCECPTBLE.

If they can't get parts for my refrigerator because there not available anymore why don't the tell the customer that before going on the service call?

PLEASE !! ask if they work on your unit before a tech comes to the house even though I gave them the model and serial number, The tech said they can't work on this Whirlpool so I owe the service charge and they can not make repairs or tell me what is wrong with my refrigerator they can only charge me a service call

I took off work to be in the 8a.m. to 5 p.m window and around 12 noon they email me my appointment has been changed two days later. Called them they gave no explanation just another 8 to 5 time.They suck and I have already paid them.

I had a confirmed appointment to repair my washer. Nobody showed up or contacted me about the missed appointment. The parts needed for repair were to be shipped directly to me. The tracking number shows that the parts were delivered to an unidentified mailbox three towns away from me. With much difficulty I was able to talk to a real person who advised me that an expedited status would be put on my missed repair. A week later I have not been given any information from Sears Home Services. I will never contract the company for any future repairs.
