Hectors Help
Hectot's services were above excellent. He not only isolated the issue with my water and ice cube dispenser, he fixed it on the spot. He also introduced me to the Sears appliance service plan which I signed up for. It was a pleasure working with Hector.

George was great……… however it took three weeks to get a repair man here. There was no communication the first 2 weeks and nobody showed up. The second time I called I got an appointment again nobody showed up however I got a message. No technician available. The third time worked exactly as it should. Very disappointed in Sears communications. Sears used to be much better than this.
