I hate typing.

When Billy shows up, I know that we're gonna get the job done correctly. We've had several technicians come over here and it's always been a struggle, but with Billy, he's been Johnny on a spot. Highly recommend you do everything you can to retain him on a full-time status this guy is incredible.

I was considering rebuilding a working Jenn Air counter top stove unit or buying something new to replace it during a kitchen update. Turned out Mark examined the unit and the cost to update the old piece was more than a new one. I thought the cost to have Mark come and do the survey actually saved me money . There was no pressure to have the old unit rebuilt so now I'm off looking for something new.
