James was forthright, professional, honest and communicated with politeness and understanding. He gave me an honest appraisal of the problem.making it clear that my system is working well and no repair is needed. He verified my concerns that previous services company and AHS were not behaving ethically ...charging 130 to 150/ pound of refrigerant, suggesting that unecessary repairs be done....etc. as far as warrantee services go..Honesty is the best policy. Thank you James for helping to protect me from unsavory business practices by AHS and Beaches AC
