James was forthright, professional, honest and communicated with politeness and understanding. He gave me an honest appraisal of the problem.making it clear that my system is working well and no repair is needed. He verified my concerns that previous services company and AHS were not behaving ethically ...charging 130 to 150/ pound of refrigerant, suggesting that unecessary repairs be done....etc. as far as warrantee services go..Honesty is the best policy. Thank you James for helping to protect me from unsavory business practices by AHS and Beaches AC

Billy is very proffesional and very knowledgeable. He repaired our garbage compactor and placed it back in it's respective place (cabinet inset). Billy put the garbage compactor in position better than it had been in quite sometime, because of the tight cabinet that it is in. I was very happy because not only was the compactor repaired but it was also very neatly in place. Thanks Billy
