Was Rude and disrespectful
Dismissed what my parents told him and came in with his biassed opinion of what he believes happened. Continued to say yes been doing this for 40 yrs as to say he didn't believe them . Knowing my parents are immigrants and have language barrier he kept insisting they should of read the fine print on the contract knowing they cannot read English ..that's when I stepped in and explained to him how rude he was being ..I don't think he expected me to speak English but I I told him how condescending he was being and it was not appropriate.. he had no Choice but to own up to his attitude and ended up apologizing.he admitted he knew that they could not read English and him asking if they read fine print over and over was wrong . I hope this can be resolved or someone else with a better attitude can come back . I don't trust his report and what he noted.. moving forward please send someone else . I will continue to fight this issue because this stove is brand new and broke on its own they deserve a solution . Not a teddy telling them they are lying subliminally.

July 26th he came out here and my boyfriend said he didn't look like he want to work he ordered a part. On August 2rd he came out my sister said that he seemed like he didn't he put the panel on the AC and he came in and checked the Box he told my sister it's some kind of wire going on he left everything out and told her I need it electrician I would not represent him cuz he do not want to work I had to call somebody to bring another Sears person to come fix it I told her that he was going to call me back and he never did.
