Richard has been very good to deal with. It is the phone and others that have been the worst to deal with, it took 5 months for me to have frig repaired. This was due to the so called phone people. They cancelled my service twice. Richard was very good.

Got the job done. Waited six weeks for him to return to install a part my housekeeper found on floor from the first repair visit. Could have done better at dood alignment. Close enough mentality.

Our AC broke on Sunday Aug. 17 2025. We were not serviced until Friday Aug. 22 2025. I know this is busy time of the year, but it was VERY HOT in our house. I would think you should make better arrangements for this time of the year!!!!!! I have health problems and the heat really got to me. It took less than an hour to fix the AC.
