Fast, efficient repair of our dryer. Our father is 90, wets the bed frequently and generates a lot of dirty laundry, so we are very, very grateful to get the dryer fixed and back in operation so quickly.

Joshua called when he was on his way, which was helpful. He was friendly and professional. He resolved the issue right away, but made sure to check diagnostics etc to make sure the issue would not reappear.

I've had him a few times and I'm never disappointed with his work. He's friendly, approachable, and patient. I was working from home each time and I really appreciate his patience when I was on a call. The only thing I would ask for future is when you see a smart video doorbell to knock and ring because the doorbell doesn't echo throughout the house and the roommate missed him last time. But other than that he's welcome over for pizza anytime! Haha just be sure to knock and ring haha.

Waited all day from 8 Am to 5PM at a few min to 5 I get a text that it will be here around 6:37 ( I wasted a whole day waiting for repair ) you need to figure a better system of a 4 hour service appointment . Jerry was nice and very professional made sure area was cleaned up after repair was made,
