Technician
Hector called before his arrival. He was pleasant and professional during the entire service call. He immediately proceeded to my dryer and worked on it. Hector was very thorough as he also moved the dryer so to check it from all angles. He verified the condition and conferred with the Sears staff about the procedure that needed to be preformed next.

Tony did an excellent job repairing my washer. However, there was a problem out of his control. Two parts were ordered, only received one prior to the installment. I was UNABLE to contact your company to confirm exactly what I was to receive. There was a continuous circle on the phone and no way to email. Call my original representative, who informed me they could not contact you either. So the repair was GREAT, customer service completely FAILED.
