I wish I was able to actually rate Sears home services rather than the tactician they sent… Giving a timeframe of 8 AM to 5 PM with no shorter window the night before is ridiculous. You essentially have to take off the entire day and sit around and wait which is uncalled for. The technician that came was fine but the fact that I couldn't get any shorter timeframe than 8 AM to 5 PM is appalling.
