The repairs were done rapidly and efficiently. The technicians knew their trades. The problem with Sears services is the computer system and the difficulty to get someone on the phone. If it could address that, it would be perfect.

He was great about telling me about the stove and oven age and what I should be aware of and look for. He serviced the appliances and made me more comfortable about how to use them.
