Ice Maker Replaced
Found William to be very professional and knowledgeable. He replaced the ice maker without any issues.

He walked us through exactly what was causing the problem, why it was causing the problem and exactly what needs to be done to fix it. He was very patient to answer all questions and made sure that everything worked before he left. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Danny was a very nice man. Went right to work on the washing machine. He answered the questions I had. Told me what he was working on, helped me get the softener dispenser out to clean it. Cleaned up any mess there was he made if any. Off he went.

The repairs were done rapidly and efficiently. The technicians knew their trades. The problem with Sears services is the computer system and the difficulty to get someone on the phone. If it could address that, it would be perfect.
