Identified the problem stated he was getting a quote for the repair and warranty approval then departed. Eventually got an email from Choice denying the repair. Lost valuable time waiting for the technician to reply he couldn't do the repair!

Addressed the issue. Clear on the path forward. Ordered the correct parts. Finished the repair quickly. Clearly informed us on the need to allow the frig to be off for 24 hours to allow the accumulated ice and frost to melt and how to turn our frig back on after that time. My warranty company sent out FOUR different people to evaluate the problem I had with my stove. FOUR. As a result of the problem I had, the propane was off for five weeks. What a nightmare!
