Efrain Tech 117 is an incredible employee. Our refrigerator is covered by the Sears full home warranty and has been out of service and broken since August and we still don’t have a replacement and Efrain has tried his best to be the go-between and help us get through this because we’ve been customer for 20+ years. They keep sending him back to fix something that they don’t even make parts for so he took the parts back for after two months of setting at my house. I’m tired spending so much time on the phone,taking to a computer, then, when you finally reset a human voice, it’s someone that cannot speak English very well or very plain and then you’ve gotta go through explaining everything all over. Still waiting on a coupon from the Resolution department for a replacement Refrigerator, which they agreed to. The holidays are coming up and it’d be nice to have a refrigerator that has ice and I don’t have to buy 30 or 40 bags of ice.phone calls
