Excellent Technition
Robert was great! He got our refrig cooling again in about 30 minutes. We found the hourly rate high, especially for a 45 minute to 1 hour call. But we had no choice with it being a Friday. Grateful to have not lost much of our cold and frozen food.

Errol is AMAZING!!
Errol went above and beyond to get our issues resolved! Today was the second time this week he has been to our home. Parts needed to repair stove were to be delivered to our home but instead they were delivered to Tampa. He left our home this morning and drove all the way to Tampa and back so our stove would be working TODAY!! Very kind, courteous and respectful! I rescheduled the appointment for our microwave so he would be the one to come on Monday to fix it! Highly recommend Errol for a job well done! That man deserves a raise!!
