The technicians are good, but the way the business is conducted with the service warranty is done poorly. They waste the customers time and the last repair drug on for two months.

Although the service tech was fine and repair went well on the otherhand SEARS HOME SERVICES HAS AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE PLUS GOOD LUCK GETTING TO TALK TO A LIVE AGENT. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

The technician, Rob, was wonderful. Sears wanted well over $600 to replace a freezer door gasket. Whaaat? Of course, we declined, but still had to pay $127.33 for a service call. Unbelievable. NEVER AGAIN WILL I CALL SEARS APPLIANCE REPAIR.......E V E R. What a scam and a rip off to people that buy their appliances.
