The actual repair was good. Jim was great! The initial visit by another technician left a little to be desired. It seems the first guy just didn't want to do the time-intensive work and so he said he needed to order parts that ended up being unnecessary (a computer board). So I had to wait an extra week and, as a result, had to spend $1000 on a backup fridge for my garage. I got the protection agreement so that I wouldn't have to get a backup fridge. Very unhappy about that. But Jim got it fixed today...so he is good.

Victor (Hector I can’t remember) was a very personable and hard working technician. He was thorough, knowledgeable and even expressed that when we start using the washing machine again to not overfill or we would run into the same issue. Thank you
