Report was never received by American Home Shield So they claim. American Home has sent out 3 different companies over the past 6 months and attempted to repair fridge 3 times. Same part. Evaporator fan. Previous technician has cracked the inside walls. I have lost several days of work and a bunch of food. This is no reflection on Sears. Benny was great, very professional.

A/C fix. He came out to fix my air conditioner this afternoon that was not working he diagnostic correctly and did everything needed to ensure it properly worked. He cleaned out the condenser lines and recharged the unit with Freon. He also kept me informed when he would be coming out. I would highly recommend him.

Hector knew exactly at what he was looking at. When he saw the iced up evaporator. He then proceeded to defrost all the ice on the evaporator and installed the heater for the defrost cycle. All done!!!! B

George Lloyd was finally put on my job. I know from others that he is extremely knowledgeable about LG Refrigerators or any refridge. Mine is the top of the line and needed a pro. The third request, I finally got him. I spent hours on the phone trying to get him. And, each time they assigned me a different person. I was promised and finally got him just hours before my appointment. I have cancelled my service deal because someone messed up. It truley was a job only Mr. Lloyd could do.
