Bill W. Diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator on the first visit. Parts had to be ordered. He showed me how to keep the refrigerator running until he could return and install the parts. It worked perfectly. Once the parts were received he came back to install them. He is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He gave me some pointers on how to position the shelves in the refrigerator to be more efficient. I would highly recommend this gentleman for any repairs to equipment repaired by Sears. I will ask for him the next time I call Sears for service. I’m a happy customer now.
