The appointment was scheduled the next day and the technician, George, arrived on time, was extremely pleasant to work with. He got my older refrigerator working temporarily, then clearly explained all my options, immediately followed up with the insurance company and called me back with the results. It was a pleasure working with him and I am pleased with the results.

Hector was the name of our technician, he was very professional and knowledgeable. He worked very efficiently to get everything done in a reasonable amount of time and he showed me the condition of my appliances.
