This technician James has been here before. He ALWAYS knows what to do. After about 10 minutes, he knew exactly what was wrong and 10 minutes later, he was done with the microwave working perfectly. A joy to have him here.

I would have appreciated a time frame for the technician to come; AM or PM, 8-12, 12-3 or 3-5 for instance instead of having to wait until whenever. That’s a reasonable scheduling issue that has nothing to do with the repair person.

George was on time, friendly and completed the repair in minutes. He went out of his way to see that the proper parts were ordered after the first technician didn't properly diagnose the problem. It took 3 trips to replace a broken ice maker which would have been only 2 if the first technician had done his job. Thanks to George for getting it right.
