Technician Rafael was professional and respectful. However I received 56 emails from Sears & my husband received 56 texts from Sears about this service. That is beyond ridiculous and needs to be addressed!

They had no clue what is wrong with our A/C unit as they been out 3 times and a month later and the unit is still not working and it’s 100 degrees here in Fl. The first tech came out and put a bigger fuse in the circuit board in the air handler it worked for a few days then broke again then he came back and 3 hours later he still couldn’t figure out the problem and burnt up the transformer trying to fix it on July 9th then they sent a different tech out on July 12th with no parts to even try to fix the unit. So then they rescheduled me for July 22 then they moved it to July 26 then they changed our appointment to July 30th are you for real as it’s 89 degrees in the house with no A/C and dogs they have no clue what’s even wrong with my unit and expect us to wait a month for them to come out and say they still don’t know what the problem is ya okay. Stay away as they did nothing for me to repair our unit.

Both times he was VERY late—and the first time he said a nasty word or me and made me very uncomfortable! I left the house when he came back to install the part. Please do not send him back!!

In the past 3 years and 9 months Sears has been at my home to repair 2 lemon refrigerators I purchased (thank goodness I purchased the Sears protection plan on the Kenmore in October 2020). The never ending protocol, red tape, lax in customer service and manufacturer pride have been stressful, exhausting, and cost me days off! That equates to lost money! Many of these service appointments have been performed by Ricardo. He has always attempted to resolve the issues of malfunctioning performance, been courteous, professional, and worked with the parts provided. He has done everything in his power to ease my PAIN during this almost 4 year train wreck! He has gone above and beyond in his profession and complete dedication to customer relations/satisfaction! Thank you, Ricardo! 8/24/24 This is the 5th time Bryan has been at my home. Ricardo has been here many more. They both have done what they can to assist. The 2 refrigerators, Kenmore 1st and now Frigidaire were/are defective from their original delivery. This 2 months shy of 4 year nightmare of big $ food and wage loss, replacement fridge cost, stress and inability to get resolve is no longer going to be tolerated. I will be making my last phone call to Sears "protection agreement", then to an attorney! 9/9/24 Due to Bryan not stating the fridge needs to be replaced in his "assessment" 08/24/24, on 08/30/24 I had to schedule another appointment. The appointment was set and confirmed 6 times for 09/07/24. No one showed! I called and was told they had no record of the appointment. Got home today to 5 emails from Sears; a technician came to my home today. There was no notification of this appointment, nor would I have agreed to another missed day of work. Calling the "protection agreement" department is a farce. They scheduled another appointment for 09/14/24 between 8 AM-5PM, cannot provide me with contact information at an expedited level or anything else. 9/14/24 Ricardo showed up for the scheduled appointment. Had to call the people in power to get an answer regarding the contining same problem. Was told Master Plan does not want to replace-was given a # for me to call to a Regional office to try to get resolve. Called same # after he left; auto answered Factory Service-CLOSED.

Awful experience. Unable to talk to a live person, two no-shows, and on the third attempt, arrived 2 hours past promised window. One they arrived, the service was proficient and the microwave was professionally repaired.

Repair was not made correctly on Samsung dryer, when I called back to get tech back out I was scheduled for 5 days out even though it was a safety issue in my mind. Not impressed, will not be using them again if this is the level of service they provide.
