Hector knew exactly at what he was looking at. When he saw the iced up evaporator. He then proceeded to defrost all the ice on the evaporator and installed the heater for the defrost cycle. All done!!!! B

George Lloyd was finally put on my job. I know from others that he is extremely knowledgeable about LG Refrigerators or any refridge. Mine is the top of the line and needed a pro. The third request, I finally got him. I spent hours on the phone trying to get him. And, each time they assigned me a different person. I was promised and finally got him just hours before my appointment. I have cancelled my service deal because someone messed up. It truley was a job only Mr. Lloyd could do.
