The Sear’s service technician was very knowledgeable and repaired my stove very quickly. However my service was scheduled for 8/16/24 between 8:00am and 12:00. I had to call to see when the service representative would arrive as I had an appointment this afternoon. He told me that my service was scheduled between 12:00 pm and 5:00pm. He was in Palm Coast and said that he would be her e around 2:00 pm. The email that I received clearly states between 8:00 and 12:00. I had to reschedule my afternoon meeting.

Joshua went above and beyond while taking care of my refrigerator. He was helpful and gave me advice on replacing my water filter. He is genuinely a warm, helpful and very knowledgeable young man!
