Raffaele was our repair technician who is a true asset to this company. He was very polite, courteous, professional as well as very knowledgeable about our washing machine.

My technician, Henack, was super helpful. He was professional, on time, and patient as I got caught in a work meeting. He was also very informative in regards to the repair I inquired about. Would recommend.

Our serviceman, Raphael, was professional, knowledgeable and personable. He arrived on time and repaired our Samsung dishwasher. The serviceman who came out to diagnose our issue was excellent too. I was very pleased with this company for this repair. This company needs a better phone service with live operators.
