Prompt and courteous service but far too expensive. $362 for 1 hour of labor is preposterous. Will not be using Sears ever again.

For this tech stayed less then 15 minutes and really charge 199.00 for this call is over priced just to tell me part not available and look on internet for it. The initial cost was 119.00 for a diagnostic

Absolutely the worst company out there communication through the entire staff is just ridiculous I’ve been without a fridge for two months not only that lost my food now three times from my fridge failing after they ordered parts supposed to fix it and break right down again and again now waiting for Warrenty was told three days now being told from the manager allow 5/7 more days even though I have a email stating 1/3 days this Warrenty program is an absolute joke don’t recommend anyone to get it after all this

Don’t waste your money and your time! They just want to take your money. The technician arrives offering to refuse that order and they will just take 140 bucks from you with doing nothing, 15min in your house!! They charged nothing else that $699 to fix a switch and burner from a used oven that not cost more the $500 Only thing that I want to say “Ridiculous” and have a great life!!! Another thing. Two days after we call another independent technician and he solved the problem that completely different that Sears technician said and we spent only 150 bucks to fix it!!!! That’s so shameful!!!!
