Not helpful at all, just wrote his assumption what he thought the problem was, even after we told him what was going on again with our ice maker. He just didn’t want to do the extra leg work.

Don’t bother using this company. Had to wait 3 weeks for first appointment. Service guys came and I even had to print my user manual for the appliance because they looked lost. They didn’t have the part needed, so I had to wait another two weeks. Then once next appointment is scheduled there is no way to actually talk to a human to actually confirm appointment & got multiple hang-ups. Then after waiting ALL DAY (a 8am to 5pm service window). Yep you guessed it! No Show! No call to reschedule, just a text saying your next appointment is in a further 4 weeks! So they expect me to be without my appliance for 9 weeks! Ridiculous service. Horrible follow-up. Steer clear.

His diagnosis of the problem was incorrect I had a profesional come over and give me a very different diagnosis. They said that if necessary they would do it in writing.
