Ice Maker Issue
Peter called when he was on his way and set an ETA. He arrived on time, he was very informative of what he was doing to diagnose the issue. His troubleshooting skills were good and he replaced the unit with a spare from his van. a very nice service experience.

I am so grateful to Elisue M for his courtesy, efficiency and professionalism. I've been trying to get my range repaired since November, and the process of working with Assurant and Sears Home Repairs has been a nightmare - until Elisue. Another technician canceled on me twice late in the day, the part they sent was broken, and manipulating the website and dealing with the call center was the complete opposite of customer service. But Elisue was the one shining light - he fixed the stovetop in 20 minutes and apologized profusely for the terrible service I'd encountered. That man deserves a big raise! He's the ONLY person, out of (no lie!) at least 20 contacts that cared and actually helped me.

He was really patient with me because I was in a bad mood as I have been without a working refrigerator for almost a month He on the other hand was understanding and was here to do whatever he could for me even though he couldn't fix my refrigerator. I give him a 5 plus!

First of all, I would like to say your technicians were good . knowledgeable pleasant and apologetic. After several re schedules by your company it was good to actually have someone come. It would be nice to speak with an actual person. all phone numbers are sent to a menu with no one answering. It's extremely frustrating. You have the customers pay upfront, so there's no rush for you to come out and service the customer.
