We had an appointment before Juan and person said we weren't home and we were. They left. Juan at least called when he was on way. Your app is BAD. No ability to communicate with tech. He didn't do anything just tested temp. My temp is back at 41. How do I get someone back?

Hey Siri broke down since July 26 called Choice Home Warranty file a claim and a technician came out on the July 29. Unfortunately, he had to order a Fan motor The next appointment he had available to come back to finish. The job was August 9. In the meantime, I'm living without air condition in Florida where it's 90° every day. Today, August 9 the technician came back to my house with the part and he fix the AC condenser Now I have a feels better in my house. Emmanuel did a good job but for me to wait 15 days is unacceptable. I've been going back-and-forth with choice Home Warranty, but this company was just taking their sweet time while I'm burning up in my house

Didn't feel like he inspected enough. He came to a conclusion too quick. He never pulled the washer forward to discover any further possibilities from rhe backside. He He was prompt and dressed clean cut. Not sure if I will keep up with this program.

Tech was good. Shimmed both front legs to get refrigerator fench doors to be lined up and close correctly. But the refrigerator frame is crooked. Janlmal to a plethora of photos but did not upload them to the final report I received. Please contact me. Thank you remember
