It has been a long time since we've had a service tech as competent as Jamal. He took the time to explain the issue and show my husband how he was fixing it. He also told us things we can do to help prevent a future problem. In addition to fixing our two issues, he was one of the nicest, most courteous young man we've encountered in quite a while.
