However, the process is cumbersome. First visit was fine, when it was time for the followup (parts ordered), they left voicemail for me to call back and schedule the visit. They couldn't find my original ticket and scheduled it a separate visit and not related to anything. Long story short only one of the parts were ordered. He had to call in and I overheard the person tell him things were glitchy "after the merger". So now waiting on parts again.
